Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions.

Returns must be requested within a specified number of days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
